AlphaFoundr offers a variety of core agency services to help clients grow their businesses, including:

• Web Design & UX/UI Design: Our design services focus on creating user-centric, conversion-driven websites. The scope and timeline for design projects are determined based on client needs and outlined in specific agreements.
• Branding: Our branding services are aimed at building impactful, memorable brands. Branding services include logo design, brand guidelines, and other related deliverables as specified in the project agreement.
• Digital Marketing (SEO & Paid Media): Our digital marketing services are customized to each client’s needs and include SEO, paid advertising, and other online marketing strategies. Results are based on market conditions and are not guaranteed.

4.4 Payment Terms

All hosting, maintenance, and core agency services are billed based on the selected billing cycle (monthly, annually, or project-based). Payment is required at the start of each billing cycle or project.

• Late Payments: Accounts with overdue payments may face service suspension or termination until the balance is cleared.

5. Consultation Services

5.1 Free Consultation

AlphaFoundr offers free consultations to discuss your needs and provide an initial assessment. Upon submitting the consultation form, you may be prompted to book a time via Google Calendar. Consultations are provided without obligation.

6. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

We offer website hosting and maintenance plans with billing occurring through a secure payment processor.

6.1 Payments

All payments for services are processed through secure third-party payment providers. AlphaFoundr does not store credit card information on its servers.

6.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis:

• Hosting and Maintenance Services: If you wish to cancel your plan, you must provide written notice at least 15 days before your next billing cycle. Pro-rated refunds may be provided at AlphaFoundr’s discretion for unused time on annual plans.
